where are you located?

Our Studio + Showroom is located at 1023 Springdale Rd., Bldg 9, Suite F 78721. We are on the backside of Building 9 (facing the large green field) and up the stairs. We have limited hours ( Monday-Wednesday 10-4) so please call before stopping by. If you want to visit, we will happily arrange time to meet you during the remainder of the week…and the weekend! WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY?

DOMESTIC

Shipping and handling prices are based on USPS postal rates. As we continue to grow, we will offer alternative shipping methods.

INTERNATIONAL

Currently we only ship within the continental United States.  Should you need international shipping, please contact us to make special arrangements.  Our site will not let you order if you enter an international shipping address.  As we evolve, we will put forth our best efforts to provide the most economical and efficient means to get you products to you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/refund POLICY?

We recommend ordering samples sizes of our compounds to determine if it is the right fit for you, or for someone else.

Unfortunately, Roux Saint James cannot accept returns on any of our compounds for sanitary reasons.    We will however accept returns on our other goods if they are in their original, unopened packages.  Damaged or opened goods will not be accepted as a return. If your return is accepted, you will be charged a 10% restock fee for these items. All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Original shipping fees will not be included in your refund amount.

If there has been an internal mistake, such as shipping incorrect product, Roux Saint James will gladly correct these mistakes free of charge to you.  Please contact us if this is the case to make arrangements.

If there is an issue with your order, such as damaged goods, please contact us immediately. Issues with delivered goods must be communicated within 3 business days for a refund or replacement of goods. Please be sure you include images of the damaged goods in the original shipping materials. Issues that arise after 3 business days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Signed up for a workshop or class and can’t make it? We get it, life happens. Please understand that our workshops require a lot of time, effort and materials to make them happen. Filling your reserved seat also takes time and effort. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on workshops or classes

If you have scheduled a private workshop or party, refunds will be issued if cancellations are made at least 2 weeks prior to event date, in which case a 50% refund will be issued. Please understand that when you book a private event you are scheduling out time in the studio which is dedicated to your party and blocked out of our calendar for other bookings.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

Since our products are made with all-natural ingredients, they are subject to the natural dissipation of the compound based on its ingredients.  We do not use extenders, engineered fragrances (with exception to the compounds that are noted) or other lab created materials, so the results will vary.  Naturally, oil based compounds last longer since oil takes longer to evaporate and soak into the skin. Personal body chemistry, environmental factors (like the summer heat), dry skin and other elements will all affect the longevity of the compound on your skin.  For these reasons we always suggest ordering samples as no scent will ever smell the same on every person. 

USE AND CARE FOR YOUR BOTANICAL COMPOUNDS:

We do our best to use high quality ingredients in all of our compounds. To insure the stability and longevity of your products, we recommend that you store them in a cool dry place. Exposure to high heat and intense sunlight may alter the product's appearance, scent and overall quality.  Keep away from open flame and avoid contact with eyes.

Since everyone's skin, ph levels, and sensitivity is different, we cannot guarantee any of our products against adverse reactions. Like any cosmetic product, please discontinue use of our products should any adverse conditions arise. We will not issue refunds based on allergic reactions to our products.

If you are traveling, or carry your perfume around in your purse, please be sure the caps are tightly secured, particularly with the roller bottles. this depresses the roller so that the oil cannot leak out.

If you have issues with leaky bottles, try removing the black cap and roller housing from the bottle. Wipe the pieces and the glass neck with a cloth so that all the oils are removed, then clean with rubbing alcohol or vodka (if can spare a little). Once the pieces are dry, replace the housing and make sure it snaps in completely. A good test is to take a piece of paper and see if it slides into the space between the glass and the housing. This should alleviate any leaking issues.

Refunds will not be issued for bottles that have been leaking after they have been used. We do our best to insure the quality of our packaging. However, there are any number of factors that can cause bottle to leak through mishandling, which we cannot control. If you do continue to experience issues with our bottles, please contact us so that we can ensure this does not continue to happen and can keep sending you good intentions in a bottle.
